Returns & Shipping Policy
As our products are handcrafted at the time your order them, not sitting on a shelf waiting to be bought, please allow for 3 days processing time. We ship USPS and/or UPS at the time of checkout you will have a choice.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the any of my products please contact me.. Due to the handcrafting and nature of my products, I can not accept items for return. Please communicate with me so we can resolve the issue. If we can agree on a resolution, I will refund you accordingly for the price of the item but not for shipping and handling. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Shipments are sent by the carrier, class and method requested by customers on their order entry form. We may substitute UPS or FEDEX for USPS service depending on destination at no additional cost to the customer. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS and UPS or any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process, inclement weather, or any other in transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier.
